Thank you for joining us!

Parents, teachers, school principals and school administrators gathered this past Thursday for CitySprouts’ 2nd annual State of the Garden address.
CitySprouts’ staff shared how the school gardens and the CitySprouts program are making a difference from an increased interest in science to newfound enthusiasm to try new foods.
Garden Coordinator Solomon Montagno led a tour of the roof top garden at the new Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. School/Putnam Ave. Upper School. Touching the beautiful sensory garden proved irresistible to most.
Cambridge Superintendent Jeff Young was honored for his steadfast support for CitySprouts. In his words, “CitySprouts has worked with our teachers to make students’ learning come to life. CitySprouts is evidence of the power of hands-on experiential learning.”
