We’re still in the opening hours of our lighting-fast, three-day campaign to raise $20,000 for the CitySprouts Summer Youth Internship, and we’re off to a healthy start right out the gate. We want to extend a big thank you to Denise and and other donors who have already given to ensure that our summer program remains free and available for all. On behalf of the kids we serve, thank you for your generosity and belief in garden-based learning.

CitySprouts’ Summer Youth Internship teaches 100 middle schoolers how to grow their own food, prepare healthy and delicious meals for themselves, build science skills in the garden, and make a lasting impact on their community.

What makes CitySprouts’ summer program especially important is that it’s absolutely free for kids and families: no tuition, no camp fees, no financial barriers. We think that all kids should have the opportunities for summer learning that makes them healthy, self-reliant, and responsible. We can only do that with your help.

Donate now, and give a child a summer of learning. As a thank-you in advance, all donors who give today are entered to receive a Kitchensurfing gift card.
