What We Do

CitySprouts is a model for school garden programming integrated in public school curriculum. Our program operates in all 12 of the Cambridge Public School elementary/middle schools as well as provides consulting and other support to schools outside of Cambridge.

• Classroom to Garden gives teachers the support they need to extend their classroom lessons into their CitySprouts school garden
• Food Education in our food-producing school gardens and as a partner the Massachusetts FoodCorps Initiative

• CitySprouts Summer Intern Program connects youth to their local food system and builds connections to the urban natural environment
